You will need the following:

  1. A laptop or a mobile
  2. A stable internet connection (unlimited broadband connection is recommended)
  3. A little bit of silent space in your own house. You can practice in your room, baranda or terrace or in your courtyard. You might require twice the length of your yoga mat. More specifically you would require only approx. 55 sq. ft (11 ft x 5 ft) for safe practice.
  4. A yoga mat or any other anti-slippery mat. But, we recommend dedicated yoga mat for safety.
  5. A tripod or support to place your mobile phone. Laptop users can place it on coffee table or chair or on the floor.
  6. A pair of loose trouser and t-shirt for yoga practice (sweat management must be proper). Avoid using 100% polyster material.

There are various options in the market so far as yoga mat is concerned. But we want you to make sure the yoga mat has a good anti slippery material. You can visit physical store at Sam Profile Nutrition and Gym Equipments.

We offer pure traditional hath yoga style techniques and practices.

We include variety of asanas, pranayamas, mudras, bandhas, dharana and dhyana.

Consultation involves basic conversation between the instructor and practitioner prior to or once a week. It will enable us to know about expected outcome of the participants and plan/optimize our techniques and practices accordingly.

Assessment refers to monitoring the status and progress of different areas of health and wellbeing, more specifically participant’s mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Assessment doesn’t mean you have a problem. We don’t deal with mental disease or disorders. We assess only positive psychological dimensions to enhance the existing psychological wellbeing. However, it is not compulsory. It depends upon the will of the participants.

Seasonal offers refer to festive and occasional offers and discounts which, for now, is available only for 1, 3 and 6 months. the current 15% discount is a seasonal offer.

The online classes will be conducted through ZOOM video calling software.

  5. After you log in ZOOM will provide you download link for the desktop application.
  6. Download and install the ZOOM application.
  7. Now open the application and login to the desktop app (use of application is recommended instead of browser for better experience)
  8. You can contact us for any kind of technical support required to install and login in the application software.

For mobile phone (android)

  1. Open google playstore
  2. Type zoom in the search box. Click search
  3. Touch the ZOOM Cloud Meetings and install
  4. After installation contact us and we will provide you with ZOOM login details.
  5. Login to the application using your login email and password.
  6. Now you’re ready to use the app for classes.
  7. You can contact us for any kind of technical support required to install and login in the application software.

Iphone users too can continue with the same process to download and sign up with the application.

Yes, we do provide private classes. But, for now, the timings for the private classes will be outside of the hours of the group classes. Private classes too shall be conducted online only for now.
