You can choose from a variety of yoga styles, such as hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, restorative yoga, ashtanga yoga, vinyasa styles, and yoga series for stress and anxiety management, or opt for a customized version according to your needs and preferences.

In our private yoga sessions, we offer one-on-one instruction tailored to your specific needs, goals, and abilities. Here is how a private session with us might work:

Initial Consultation: The process begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your goals, any health concerns or injuries, preferences, and level of experience with yoga. This consultation helps us understand your needs and design a personalized practice.
