Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that the cancellation and refund policy applies to all online bookings made through various payment methods, including mobile banking, internet banking, wallets, VISA, or MasterCard.

A. For Online Yoga Retreats (non-regular, e.g., 5-day, 6-day, etc.)

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to yogaprograms@antahyog.com

Cancellation Requests:

14 days or more before the event date

  • Clients who cancel 14 days or more before the event date will receive a 100% refund.
  • Bank charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

8 – 13 days before event date:

  • Cancellations within this window will incur a 50% fee.
  • After deducting any bank charges, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

Within 7 days of the event date:

  • Unfortunately, cancellation requests made within 7 days of the event will not be entertained by the company.

*Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

B. For Regular Yoga Classes

We kindly inform you that all registrations for our regular yoga classes are non-refundable. Once you register, you will receive your joining link within 24-48 hours. This policy helps us manage the logistics efficiently and ensures a smooth experience for all participants.

We understand that plans can change, so if you are unable to attend a class, we offer the option to transfer your registration to another participant. Please note that if you choose to transfer within an ongoing package, it may take 24-48 hours to set up the link for the new participant. During this period, any missed days or sessions will not be added back to the package. Please note that you can transfer your registration only once to another person, and it cannot be transferred back to yourself. Additionally, if participants miss any classes from an ongoing package, those sessions will not be added to future sessions.

To initiate the transfer to another participant, please fill out the support form available in the “My Account” dashboard or in the footer section of our website. In the related service field, write “Transfer to Another Person.” In the message section, provide the name, phone number, and email address of the person to whom you are transferring the registration.

C. For Health Coaching, Life Coaching, Psycho-Yogic Counseling, and Other Private One-on-One Services

We kindly inform you that all registrations for our health coaching, life coaching, psycho-yogic counseling, and other one-on-one services are non-refundable. These services require a one-time registration and are intended to be chosen after thoughtful consideration.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To accommodate such situations, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your sessions. If you need to reschedule, please let us know through the support form or contact us directly at +977 9840177959 at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to arrange a new time.

C. For Online Workshops, Webinars, and One-Time Events

All registrations for our online workshops, webinars, and other one-time events are non-refundable. We encourage participants to carefully consider their availability before registering.
